Deactivating your student organization means that the members and advisor have agreed that your organization will no longer be active on campus.
This process requires your current president to print and sign the online form. The organizational advisor must also sign this form.
Please bring your signed form to the Office of Student Life. Once we receive the form we will process the information and send to Northern Iowa Student Government to vote on deactivation.
If the organization has any Office of Student Life storage (locker, cage or workspace) they will have one week from the time the organization has been deactivated to clear out their space.
The organization will also be removed from the student organization data base.
