Student Organizations Re-Registration Meeting

Where: Maucker Union Ballroom
When:  Wednesday, September 4th from 5:00-6:30 pm  or   Thursday, September 5th from 3:00-4:30 pm
Who:    All Student Organizations are required to attend 1 registration meeting
Why:    Mandatory attendance to renew active student organization status and gain updated information for the 2019-20 academic year.  

 

Student Organization Fair

Where: Maucker Union Plaza
When:  Wednesday, September 11th 
Time:  11-1pm
Great way to share about your organization with new and current students. 
 

Advisor Informational Forum

Where: Maucker Union, State College Room (Lower Level)

When: Thursday, Sept. 12th  or Monday, Sept. 16th 

Time:  11-Noon or 4-5pm

These one hour sessions are designed to update advisors on all of the policies, procedures, funding, marketing, and Office of Student Life resources available to the student organizations that you advise.  The information provided will assist advisors in guiding their student organizations throughout the school year.

Where: Maucker Union, University Room (Lower Level)

When: Wednesday, Sept 18th

Time: 3-4:30 pm

Student Organization Funding Meeting

Student Leaders will have an opportunity to learn about the many funding sources, applications, and forms available to their student organizations.  Here are just a few of the topics that will be covered during this session:  Spring Budgetary Process, Contingency Fund, Coca Cola Fund, Diversity Matters, ​NISG Funding & Intercollegiate Academic Fund.

 

In It To Win It!

Where: Maucker Union, University Room (Lower Level)

When: Thursday, Sept 19th

Time: 3-4:30 pm

Student Leaders will have an opportunity to learn about the many policies, procedures, marketing, contracts and resources available to their student organizations. 

Here are just a few of the topics that will be covered during this session: Reservations, Catering, Promotions, University Relations, Copyworks, Style Guide, Clery Act, Contracts & Copyrights, Raffles & Licensing Student Org Resources.
